What clients and creators need to know.
How does payment-gated file delivery work?
The creator uploads a file and sets a payment rule. The client reviews a protected preview, completes the required payment and then receives access to the original.
Can I ask for half now and half after approval?
Yes. The 50/50 model separates access to the preview from access to the final original, with a payment at each stage.
Which payment providers can I connect?
Cutlock supports connected payment workflows for Stripe, PayPal, Przelewy24 and Revolut, plus manual payment confirmation where appropriate.
Does the client pay an extra Cutlock fee?
Cutlock does not add a platform commission. Standard processing fees from the selected payment provider may still apply.
