What is secure file delivery?
Secure file delivery is a controlled handoff in which a client can review a protected copy while access to the original file is limited until approval or payment.
Do clients need a Cutlock account?
No. A client opens the project link in a browser, reviews the preview, leaves comments, pays when required and downloads the released files without creating an account.
Does Cutlock charge a transaction commission?
No. Cutlock uses a subscription model. Payments go through the creator's connected payment account, and Cutlock does not add a platform commission to the transaction.
Can I deliver files without a payment gate?
Yes. The trusted-client mode keeps the review and delivery workflow but removes the payment requirement.
